Shipping Policy
At Melt Theory Body Care, each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our Whipped Body Butters are specially formulated to help withstand normal shipping conditions. However, because they are made with natural butters and oils, exposure to high temperatures during transit may cause softening or melting.
To help protect product quality, Whipped Body Butter orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays. This reduces the likelihood of packages sitting in transit over the weekend.
If your body butter arrives softened or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to allow it to firm back up. Product performance and moisturizing benefits will not be affected.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated on our website when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Melt Theory Body Care is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Melt Theory Body Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
